Accessibility statement
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. This statement covers how accessible it is today and how to tell us about a problem.
What this statement covers
This statement applies to tablespark.uk: our marketing pages, the Journal, the tutorials, and the sign-up and log-in pages.
Each restaurant website built with TableSpark is published by that restaurant. For a problem with a restaurant's own words, photos or menu, contact the restaurant. For a problem with how the site works, tell us and we'll look into it.
Compliance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA because of the issues listed below.
Issues we know about
- Colour contrast of secondary text. Some dates, captions and small print are set in light grey that falls below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio (WCAG 1.4.3). Some text placed over photography or video may also fall below it.
- Small carousel controls. The dot buttons that move some carousels on the homepage and the booking system page are smaller than 24 by 24 pixels (WCAG 2.5.8). The same content can be reached with the carousel's arrow buttons or by scrolling.
We're working through these issues.
How we tested this website
On 3 November 2026 we ran automated accessibility checks (axe-core 4.14, WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules) on twelve representative pages: the homepage, pricing, how it works, templates, contact, about, the Journal, the tutorials, the booking system page, the privacy policy, sign-up and log-in. The checks found no missing text alternatives, form labels or ARIA errors on those pages. The issues above are what they flagged.
Automated checks don't catch everything, and we haven't yet had an independent audit.
