No. iWhat TableSpark is

One platform. One login. Your domain.

Most independent restaurants run their web presence as a pile of rented parts: a template site from one company, a booking widget from another, an ordering app that keeps a share of every sale, a loyalty card from a fourth, and a spreadsheet for the rota. Each one has its own login, its own invoice and its own idea of who the guest is.

TableSpark replaces the pile with one product. The menu is structured data, so the website, the QR card, the ordering page and the search engines all read the same dishes. Bookings know the real tables. The service floor knows the bookings. Orders settle into your own Stripe account. Guests get an app on your site, under your name, and every record they create belongs to your restaurant account.

It is built and run in the United Kingdom for restaurants that seat forty covers, not four hundred. The prices are on one page, the tutorial is recorded on a real restaurant, and the Journal publishes what we learn.

Six things a restaurant runs on TableSpark, as they look.

Real screens from our showroom restaurant, Maison Rouge, captured the way the tutorial courses record them. Nothing here is a mock-up.

Bookings · New booking

Floor plan
The floor plan editor: toolbar with Table, Element, Rotate, Snap and Fit, a canvas with the main dining room, kitchen, pass, bar and terrace, and the inspector on the right
Bookings with real tables

A booking knows which table it is.

Live availability is computed from the tables you actually have, in the rooms you actually run. Take a phone booking, pick the table on a mini floor plan, hold a deposit, and let the reminder go out by itself. Enquiry or instant confirmation is your choice, per service.

  • Table inventory, floor plans, rooms and table assignment
  • Deposits, reminders and a waitlist
  • Reserve with Google booking-link connection

Dish sheet
A dish sheet on the Order page for house sourdough with cultured butter: photo carousel, description, a required butter choice, a note field and Add to order
Ordering, QR and buffet

Take the order without giving a share away.

Guests order from your menu on your site: collection, delivery, or dine-in through a printed table QR. A buffet service runs per head with time limits and round caps. Every ticket lands on Orders and, if you like, on a kitchen printer. Stripe’s standard card-processing fees apply to online payments; TableSpark takes nothing.

  • Collection, delivery and table QR ordering
  • Buffet mode with tiers, time limits and round caps
  • Orders screen with statuses, refunds and receipts
Builder · Guest app
The Builder’s Guest app tab: the Guest app switch, Layout and Campaigns segments, the section outline on the left, a live phone preview in the middle and the inspector on the right

The Guest App

Growth and Full ship with an app your guests keep.

At /account on your own domain, a guest sees their next visit, points and rewards, a QR member card, past orders and gift balance. You style every section from the Builder, choose layouts, rename tabs and switch on campaign recipes such as double-points evenings or a welcome bonus.

  • Points-based loyalty and a QR member card
  • Campaign recipes: double points, welcome bonus, referrals
  • Sections, layouts and tabs edited in the Builder

Menu as data

Photograph the paper menu. Publish the site.

The AI scan reads a printed menu, in one language or two, and drafts sections, dishes, prices and descriptions for review. From then on the menu is data: edit a price once and the website, the QR card, the ordering page and the search engines all agree.

  • Bilingual AI menu scan with a review step
  • Dietary tags, allergens, spice levels and photos per dish
  • QR-ready menu link and “Open now” hours
Guests
The Guests page: KPI tiles for guests, new this month, regulars and subscribers, a 14-day activity chart, segment pills and guest rows with tags and last-seen
Emails · Draft campaign
The Draft campaign screen: audience segment pills, the Draft with AI panel with goal and tone, subject, from name and the HTML body beside its preview
Guests, reviews and campaigns

One record per guest, yours to keep.

Every booking, order and sign-up builds a profile under your restaurant account: visits, no-shows, tags, notes and a timeline. Segment regulars and VIPs, collect verified reviews after a visit, and draft a campaign with AI to a consented audience, sent from your own domain.

  • Guest list with segments, tags and CSV export
  • Verified reviews you approve and reply to
  • Fourteen editable guest emails, campaigns and journeys

No. vWhat we believe

Six commitments that shape every decision.

From the pricing model to the copy on this page.

  1. i

    Your guests are yours

Every booking, order, review and sign-up is recorded under your restaurant account, visible in your Inbox and guest list, and exportable as CSV whenever you like.

  2. ii

A full Saturday costs what a quiet Tuesday costs

Flat monthly plans and 0% TableSpark commission on bookings and orders. Growth is yours to keep.

  3. iii

    The menu is the website

Not a PDF, not a text box. Dishes are data, so the menu, the QR card, the ordering page and search engines all read the same thing.

  4. iv

Search-ready is part of the site

Structured restaurant data, canonical URLs, sitemaps, robots controls and search verification ship with every plan, because a live link is not the same as being found.

  5. v

    Advice, never defaults

TableSpark suggests. You set every offer, threshold, deposit and budget. Nothing gives away your margin unless you decide it should.

  6. vi

    Honest pricing, honest copy

Prices are on the pricing page in plain numbers. No calls with sales, no surprise renewals, no add-ons hidden behind a promotional price.

No. viHow we work

Built between services.

Recorded, not described

Every guide in the Tutorial is a course captured click by click on a real restaurant’s account, so what you read is what you will see.

Private by design

Each restaurant’s data is isolated under its own account. Staff see only what their role needs. A UK GDPR consent kit, privacy pages and one-click erasure come with every site.

Shipped every week

The product moves quickly and the Journal says what changed. A restaurant that signs up today gets the improvements of next month without a migration.

Measured first-party

Visits, actions, sources, settled sales and the bookings funnel are read from your own site, not a third-party pixel, and shown in plain numbers.

  1. June 2026Custom domains with managed SSL, connected with one record.
  2. July 2026Plans and billing, the Journal, and a sitemap plus search ping for every published site.
  3. August 2026The live service floor, staff rota and hours, the guest portal, editable guest emails and the new homepage.
  4. September 2026The Guest App with layouts and campaigns, buffet mode, eighteen recorded tutorial courses and a browser-tab icon for every restaurant.

No. viiiThe company

Built in the UK, for UK restaurants first.

TableSpark Ltd is a UK company registered in England and Wales. We are small on purpose: the people who build the product answer the email, read every booking-inbox question, and eat in the restaurants that use it. There is no sales team to book a call with, because the prices are on the pricing page and the product is free to try until the day you publish.

If you write about restaurants, the brand page has logos, colours and wordmarks you can use. If you run a restaurant and something on this site is unclear, tell us; the copy improves when you do.

No. ixSix quick answers
Is TableSpark really the best-value choice for a small independent restaurant?

We think so, and the pricing page shows the arithmetic. One flat plan from £19 a month covers the website, the live menu and managed search readiness. Growth adds direct bookings with real tables, deposits, reminders and the Guest App, and Full adds online ordering, all at 0% TableSpark commission. Stripe’s standard card-processing fees apply to online payments.

Who owns the guest data?

Your restaurant does. Every booking, order, review and sign-up sits under your restaurant account, is visible in your Inbox and guest list, and exports as CSV at any time.

Do I need a designer or a developer?

No. Photograph your paper menu and TableSpark drafts the whole site, or start from one of fifty finished templates. Every step is recorded as a course in the Tutorial.

What does “search-ready” mean here?

A live web address is not the same as being indexed. Every TableSpark site ships with structured restaurant data, titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemaps, robots controls, internal links and managed search-verification setup. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking or an index entry, and we do not.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Growth and Full support a domain you already own, connected with one record and managed SSL, or you can buy a domain inside TableSpark and watch it connect itself.

How do I reach a person?

Write to hello@tablespark.uk or use the contact page. We read everything, Monday to Friday, nine to six.

Your restaurant, run direct.

Pick a design, photograph the menu, publish when you are ready. Free until then.
