Migration · Quandoo closure

Quandoo is closing. Your guests don’t have to go with it.

Quandoo has announced it will stop taking new reservations on 30 September 2026 and switch off its remaining infrastructure on 31 December 2026. Before that happens, move your online home somewhere you own: your website, your menu, your guest list — on your own domain.

Export your data

Download your guest list and future reservations from Quandoo while the export still works.

30 September 2026
New bookings stop

Quandoo stops accepting new reservations. Guests who look for you there will find a dead end.

31 December 2026
Infrastructure off

Widgets, pages and data access are switched off permanently.

What moves to TableSpark — honestly.

TableSpark is a website-first platform for independent restaurants. Here is exactly what it does for a Quandoo switcher today, and what it does not do yet — so you can decide with clear eyes.

Ready today

  • Your own restaurant website on your own domain — 50 finished designs
  • Live structured menu: photograph it and the AI reads dishes, prices and dietary tags
  • Direct booking enquiries into one inbox and your own guest list — 0% commission
  • Your data stays yours: every enquiry and guest record is exportable CSV
  • First-party, cookieless analytics on your own traffic

Not yet — in active development

  • Table-level inventory, floor plans and automated table assignment
  • Automated reminders, deposits and no-show charges
  • Reserve with Google and POS integrations

If your service depends on these today, say so in the form — we will tell you honestly whether TableSpark fits yet, and what the timeline looks like.

Three steps, before service.

Export from Quandoo

Download your guest list and any future reservations as CSV from your Quandoo business account. Keep a copy safe whatever you decide.

Send us the essentials

Your export and a photo of your menu are enough. We set up your site, live menu and direct booking capture — you review everything before it goes live.

Go live on your domain

Publish on your own domain with SSL. From then on, bookings and guests land with you — not on a marketplace that can switch off.

Request a managed migration.

Tell us where you are today. A real person replies by email — no obligation, and we will be straight about fit.

That didn’t send. Please try again, or email hello@tablespark.uk and mention Quandoo.

We use these details only to reply about your migration. No marketing list, no sharing. See our privacy policy.

Questions we’d ask too.

Is TableSpark a complete replacement for Quandoo’s reservation system?

Not yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise. TableSpark gives you your own website, a live menu and direct booking enquiries in your inbox and guest list. Table-level inventory, floor plans and automated no-show protection are in active development. If you rely on those today, tell us in the form and we’ll be straight about the fit.

What should I export from Quandoo before it closes?

Your guest list and any future reservations, as CSV, from your Quandoo business account — before 31 December 2026, when Quandoo says its remaining infrastructure goes offline. Keep a copy even if you choose another system.

How does the managed migration work?

Send us your details above. We reply by email, take your Quandoo export and your menu (a photo is enough — the AI reads it), and set up your website, live menu and direct booking capture on your own domain. You review everything before it goes live.

What does TableSpark cost?

Flat plans from £19/mo with 0% TableSpark commission on bookings and orders. Stripe’s standard card-processing fees apply to online payments. Building is free until you publish — no card required.
